Delivery & Returns

We package and post all items within 24 hours of payment Monday to Friday. We will do our best to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible. 

Please note purchases made on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the first available posting date thereafter.

We keep proof of posting for all our dispatched items.
(NOTE: Due to the current situation  Royal Mail have informed us that Special Delivery times such as ‘Before 1pm delivery’ and other estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed.)

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging and condition. Please notify us of your intended return within 7 days.

If your item / items have been damaged in transit you should contact us immediately with details and pictures of damage to packaging and goods where possible. All efforts to protect your items will be taken at the time of packaging.

If your goods develop faults during normal use you should return your items to us, detailing faults and how the faults occurred. We will examine your returned item to determine the cause of the fault; we will replace or refund your item / payment on conclusion of examination. We will not refund or replace any item which has been misused or abused. It is your responsibility to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for products which you have purchased.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Once we have received the item, we will issue you with a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please include a note explaining the reason for the return so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible.
It is your responsibility to make sure the item is well packaged and to cover the cost of return to us.

NOTE: We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we cannot be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
